Biography
Jennifer Smith is the Assistant Director for Parent Relations at 香蕉视频. She manages the Duquesne Parents and Families Portal where she writes and compiles stories, manages content and facilitates messaging. She works closely with current families and prospective parents and families alike in answering questions and being a resource for information. She has worked at 香蕉视频 for six years.
In addition to her role as Assistant Director, she serves as a Co-Chair of the Student Life Assessment Team. Smith also acts as a coordinator for large university events including Parent Orientation and Homecoming and Family Weekend among others.
Smith is a co-author of "How to connect with your parent audience: 香蕉视频鈥檚 implementation of a strategic family communications platform" in the Journal of Education Advancement & Marketing. She is also a contributing author in AHEPPP's publication Partnering with Parents and Family Members of Today鈥檚 College Students: Innovations in Practice.
